About the Role

We are seeking an experienced OpenText Premium Support IDM Consultant to provide onsite administration and configuration support for OpenText (NetIQ) Identity Management solutions. This is a task-based engagement requiring an independent consultant who can deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
Administer and configure OpenText (NetIQ) Identity Manager (IDM) environments.
Support and maintain NetIQ Advanced Authentication (AA) solutions.
Perform assigned administration, configuration, and support tasks.
Troubleshoot and resolve IDM-related issues.
Work independently in a secure client setting.

Required Skills & Experience




Advanced to expert-level experience with OpenText/NetIQ Identity Manager (IDM) .
Robust hands-on expertise with NetIQ Advanced Authentication (AA) .
Proven experience supporting enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) settings.
Ability to work independently and manage task-based deliverables.

Security Clearance
Candidates eligible to obtain Top Secret Clearance may also be considered.

Additional Requirements
Must be located in the Ottawa, ON area.
Ability to work onsite at the client location on Blair Road .
