Our client in Alliston is looking for a Process Engineering Manager. They are seeking someone who has been employed in a rapid paced manufacturing environment where they directly managed process/manufacturing engineers.

Location : New Tecumseth, Ontario. 100% On Site

Position Type : Full-time, Permanent

Vacancy Status : This is an active vacancy

Compensation : $110,000 – $125,000 per year

Minimum Requirements
A degree or diploma in mechanical engineering
5 years of engineering experience in a high-volume plastics or metals manufacturing setting.
Experience as a manager overseeing Process or Manufacturing Engineers
Working knowledge of GD&T; and manufacturing processes for metals and plastics.
Experience with CAD software

Responsibilities
Provide strategic guidance and oversight for engineering initiatives and technical decision making.
Drive continuous improvement by refining manufacturing methods to boost efficiency, enhance throughput, and minimize waste.




Lead the creation, refinement, and deployment of production tooling, fixtures, and process workflows.
Direct engineering programs from initial concept development through full operational rollout.
Evaluate, authorize, and govern modifications to products and manufacturing processes.
Offer technical direction and support during the launch of current products to ensure smooth integration into production.
