Join our team! Spark by Hilton is looking for a dependable, friendly, and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our hotel team.

As the Night Auditor, you’ll be responsible for providing excellent overnight guest service while ensuring the hotel’s daily financial and front-desk operations are completed accurately.

What You’ll Do
Welcome and assist guests during overnight hours with a qualified, friendly attitude
Complete guest check-ins and check-outs
Handle reservations, payments, and guest requests
Perform nightly audit and reconcile daily hotel transactions
Prepare and review reports for the following day
Monitor the property and maintain a safe, secure environment
Respond to guest questions, concerns, and emergencies appropriately
Complete overnight cleaning, organization, and front-desk duties as needed
Communicate important information to the morning team
Maintain Hilton service standards and provide a positive guest experience

What We’re Looking For




Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
Previous night audit/front desk experience is a plus
Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
Comfortable working independently overnight
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Reliable, punctual, and qualified
Comfortable using computers and hotel reservation systems
Must be available for overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
