Responsibilities
Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces in designated areas
Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, hallways, offices, and common areas to meet health and safety standards
Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently and safely
Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure all areas are serviced regularly
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management
Ensure proper disposal of waste and recycling materials in accordance with company policies
Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as needed to uphold high standards of hygiene
Requirements
Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and the proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicals
Ability to work independently with attention to detail in a fast-paced setting
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork
Physical stamina to perform manual tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
