Senior Staff Accountant | In Office, Hybrid or Remote | Public Accounting

What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead compilation, review, and audit engagements from planning through to completion, based on your level of experience
Prepare complex financial statements and corporate tax returns
Review the work of junior team members and provide practical coaching




Build trusted relationships with clients and respond to their accounting needs
Collaborate directly with Partners on special projects
Identify prospects to improve engagement quality and efficiency

What You’ll Bring:
At least three years of public accounting experience
CPA designation or active progress towards completion
Experience preparing compilation and review engagements
Knowledge of corporate tax preparation
Strong organizational, communication and client-service skills
The ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines

Nice to Have:
Experience leading audit engagements

Hybrid and/or remote arrangements are available based on the candidate’s experience, location and the needs of the role. Base Salary Range: $75,000 - $94,000
