Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for all visitors. This role offers an chance to work in a dynamic hospitality setting, emphasizing cleanliness, customer service, and professionalism.

Prior experience in hotel or custodial services is preferred but not required, as training will be provided.

Duties
Clean and disinfect guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies
Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as hallways, lobbies, and restrooms
Ensure all cleaning tasks meet hotel standards for hygiene and presentation
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, and linens as needed




Follow all safety protocols and procedures during cleaning activities
Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans when required
Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests promptly and professionally

Experience
Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, custodial work, or industrial cleaning is a plus but not mandatory
Familiarity with cleaning techniques and equipment preferred
Robust attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of hospitality standards and customer service principles is advantageous
Ability to maintain a positive attitude and uphold high standards of cleanliness in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $17.00 per hour
