Part-Time Cleaning Company Manager

We are seeking a reliable, organized Part-Time Manager to help oversee the daily operations of a residential and commercial cleaning company.

Responsibilities
Coordinate cleaning schedules and team members
Communicate with clients and respond to inquiries
Prepare estimates, invoices, and follow-ups
Track jobs, employee hours, and company operations
Assist with quality control and customer satisfaction
Use QuickBooks and Jobber for bookkeeping and scheduling

Requirements:
Experience in office administration, management, or the cleaning industry is an asset
Familiarity with QuickBooks and Jobber, or the ability to quickly learn new software
Robust communication and organizational skills
Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently
Flexible availability

This position will start part time, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role as the company grows. Pay: $23.00-$138,986.53 per hour
