Duties
Assemble components using small hand tools and mechanical knowledge to ensure product quality and consistency
Pack finished products securely using appropriate packaging materials to prevent damage during transit.
Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process to identify defects or issues early on
Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to safety protocols and manufacturing standards
Assist with inventory management by accurately recording materials used and completed products




Support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process enhancements and efficiencies

Qualifications
Prior experience in manufacturing, or assembly environments preferred but not necessary. Training will be provided.
Mechanical knowledge with the ability to use small hand tools effectively.
Strong understanding of assembly processes, packaging techniques, and quality standards.
Ability to stand, sit, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
Excellent attention to detail combined with good communication skills
