About The Role.

Spring Water Dental Care is seeking a qualified and reliable Receptionist to join our dental office team. This position is well suited to an individual with strong organizational and communication skills who is committed to providing a professional and positive experience for every patient.

As the first point of contact, the Receptionist will be responsible for managing front desk activities, coordinating appointments, responding to patient inquiries, and supporting the effective day-to-day operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities
Greet patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Answer incoming calls and provide timely responses to patient inquiries.
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments.
Maintain accurate patient records and appointment information.
Coordinate daily schedules and support efficient patient flow.
Process payments and issue receipts as required.
Respond to emails and routine patient communications.
Assist with insurance and billing inquiries when required.
Maintain an organized and qualified reception area.
Communicate effectively with dental professionals and administrative staff.
Maintain patient confidentiality and follow established office policies and procedures.

Qualifications
Previous experience in reception,



administration, customer service, or a dental office is an asset.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Professional and patient-focused approach.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with computers, email, scheduling systems, and standard office software.
Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
