: Spa Receptionist

Duties
Greet and welcome visitors in a skilled and friendly manner
Answer incoming calls
Provide information to both phone call inquiries and our in person guests about the company and its services
Accurately schedule appointments for all service providers
Maintain a clean and organized reception and retail area

-Open/close the business daily
Assist with administrative tasks when requested

Skills:
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
Robust organizational skills to maintain a well-functioning reception area
Basic technical sales knowledge to assist with customer inquiries
Proficient in English, both written and verbal





We are seeking a reliable & professional spa receptionist to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive impression on our guests. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills and be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Additionally, basic technical sales knowledge will be beneficial in assisting with guests inquiries regarding both the services we offer and the products we carry. Fluency in English is essential for effective communication. If you are detail-oriented, customer-focused, committed, reliable and possess the necessary skills, we would love to hear from you!
