We are seeking a skilled Millwrights and Welders to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical and electrical systems, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting. As a Millwright, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery and equipment in an industrial setting, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards.
Duties
Install, align, and maintain machinery and equipment according to specifications.
Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on mechanical systems.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues, utilizing analytical skills to diagnose problems effectively.
Fabricate parts as needed using welding techniques and other fabrication methods.
Collaborate with other trades such as HVAC technicians and industrial electricians to ensure comprehensive maintenance solutions.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
Qualifications
Robust mechanical knowledge with experience in industrial maintenance.
Proficiency in electrical systems is highly desirable.
Experience with HVAC systems is a plus.
Ability to weld and fabricate components as necessary.
Strong analytical skills for diagnosing issues effectively.
Previous experience as an industrial electrician or in a similar role is preferred.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.
