Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Retail Supervisor to lead our store team and ensure exceptional customer experiences. Duties
Supervise daily store operations, including merchandising, pricing, and inventory management to optimize sales and profitability
Lead, motivate, and develop team members through effective training, coaching, and performance evaluations
Oversee customer service interactions to ensure a positive shopping experience and resolve any issues promptly
Manage payroll, cash handling, and bookkeeping tasks accurately to maintain financial integrity
Coordinate purchasing and merchandising strategies to keep the store well-stocked with appealing products
Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for sales processing, returns, and transactions with precision




Implement marketing initiatives within the store to boost sales and enhance brand visibility

Skills
Proven supervising or team management experience in a retail workplace
Strong negotiation skills to handle vendor relationships and pricing strategies
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving diverse customer bases
Excellent communication skills with phone etiquette for engaging with customers and team members
Proficiency in retail sales, cashiering, and POS systems for smooth transaction processing
Ability to recruit, interview, and train recent staff effectively
Sound organizational skills with time management expertise to prioritize tasks efficiently
Knowledge of merchandising, purchasing, budgeting, marketing, and sales management principles
Experience with payroll processing, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks
Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork while ensuring high standards of customer service and store performance
