We are seeking a dedicated and licensed RDA II to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our dental office. This position requires a solid understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented workplace. Tuesday to Friday office. Tuesday 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Duties
Assist dentists and hygienists during examinations and procedures by providing necessary instruments and materials.
Run the steri -centre
Prepare treatment rooms for patient visits, ensuring all equipment is sterilized and ready for use.
Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed.
Perform children's recall vists including xrays, cleanings,
fluoride.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
Manage patient flow within the office.
Stay updated on medical terminology and advancements in dental assisting techniques.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Registered Dental Assistant, minimum 3 years .
Strong understanding of medical terminology related to dentistry.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
Ability to multitask in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
