Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a welcoming atmosphere
Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS, and relay orders efficiently to the kitchen staff
Handle cash, process payments, and perform cashiering duties with precision and integrity
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, bar, and service stations in accordance with food safety regulations
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve guests promptly while maintaining high-quality service
Support food handling and preparation tasks as needed,

Experience
Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is advantageous
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a rapid-paced environment
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and basic math for cash handling and billing purposes
Experience in hospitality or serving roles is highly valued, along with a passion for delivering guest-centric service
Basic kitchen experience or understanding of food preparation processes is a plus

Pay: $18.50-$20.00 per hour
