We are a family in Whistler looking for a reliable, kind, and proactive nanny to help with our two young children. We are an active, outdoor family and spend a lot of time around our pony, so comfort around animals - especially horses - is significant. An equestrian background is a big plus.
We're looking for someone who is:
Outstanding with young kids and confident managing two at once
Engaged, present, and attentive (not on their phone while working)
Organized, dependable, and takes initiative
Comfortable around animals and outdoor activities
Key Responsibilities
Childcare and supervision
Engaging in play, activities, and outdoor time
Supporting time at the barn / with our pony
Light housekeeping (tidying, laundry, straightforward meal prep)
