What are your contributions to the team?
Be responsible for the analysis of the cabin furnishings and systems against the applicable airworthiness requirements and for the preparation of design compliance reports
Work closely with other teams within the engineering group and provide leadership & advice on certification requirements and interpretations thereof related to occupant safety
Conduct investigations of technical issues,



regulations and associated guidance material
Conduct interior evaluation of aircraft
Resolve issues and address queries with Transport Canada and other authorities
Support the Airworthiness group with their tasks and deliverables if required

How to thrive in this role?
You are in process of obtaining an University degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering or equivalent
You have the ability to understand complex engineering issues and are creative in problem solving
You are well organized and are project oriented
You must be a self-motivated person, a team player able to work under pressure
You have good communication skills including excellent English writing and verbal skills
You have leadership
You are bilingual (French and English) (asset)

It is significant to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not recent graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
