Job Summary

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH LIGHTSPEEDWe are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to serve as the first point of contact for our guests. This role involves providing exceptional guest services, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a hospitality setting.*

Duties
Greet guests warmly and check them in/out efficiently using front desk systems
Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, make reservations, and provide information
Handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations
Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready and maintained
Process payments and manage billing accurately




Uphold hotel policies and ensure compliance with safety standards
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and reporting as needed

Skills
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Robust customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
Experience in front desk operations within a hotel or hospitality environment preferred
Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse guests
Knowledge of guest services and hospitality best practices
Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve guest concerns professionally
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
