Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Interior Finishing Carpenter to join our team. As an Interior Finishing Carpenter, you will be responsible for installation of doors, baseboards, casings, window sill, expansion moulding, and washroom hardware, and to deliver high-quality craftsmanship.

Responsibilities:

· Perform exact measurements and cuts to ensure accurate installation of materials

· Install and repair various types of mouldings with attention to detail

· Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware

· Perform interior finishing work, including installing trim, moldings, and other detailed woodwork.

· Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials using hand and power tools.

· Cutting and shaping materials and joining them with nails, screws, bolts or glue.

Skills:





· Proficiency in cutting and, installing with quick techniques

· Experience in customizing and being productive woodworking

· Ability in operating Saws and machinery for precision cutting

Flexible Hours

While you have the flexibility to set your own schedule, you are expected to work a total of 8 hours per day. Please coordinate your hours with your supervisor to ensure alignment with project requirements and team needs.

Place of Work:

You may be assigned to various job sites within Greater Victoria area as needed.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: $21.00-$30.00 per hour
