This position requires a minimum of 24 hours a week.
Qualifications:
Great customer service skills – can you go above and beyond for every guest every time
Excellent written and verbal communication – including e-mails, phone calls,
service queue management and supporting your team
Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional time-management skills and ability to juggle competing priorities
Familiar with visual merchandising and product inventory is an asset
Experience in a salon, barbershop or spa is a bonus
