We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Painter to join our dynamic construction and renovation team. Responsibilities
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and priming to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality
Apply paints, stains, varnishes, and other finishes using hand tools and power tools with precision and efficiency
Perform minor drywall repairs, restoration work, and surface preparation for both recent construction and renovation projects
Manage time effectively to complete projects within scheduled deadlines while maintaining quality standards
Communicate clearly with clients, team members, and supervisors to ensure project requirements are understood and met

Skills




Extensive construction experience with a focus on painting in residential settings
Proficiency in minor drywall installation, repair, and finishing techniques
Solid knowledge of restoration processes and industrial painting applications
Skilled in using hand tools such as brushes, rollers, scrapers, caulking guns; power tools including spray guns and sanders
Experience with carpentry tasks related to surface preparation or minor structural adjustments
Excellent customer service skills with a professional approach to client interactions
Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
