Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced landscaper with a great attitude and a strong work ethic. One who is reliable, can work in a quick paced environment, a team player and willing to deliver quality consistently as this is what we strive for with each customer. We have been operating for 20+ years and our clients are primarily in Surrey, White Rock and Langley. We maintain yards for residential clients, strata complexes and commercial buildings.

This position will begin as a landscape laborer however, we are also in need of a supervisor role where we plan to promote from within if the abilities are proven.

Duties
Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
Weeding garden beds
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various landscaping projects.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety standards.
Pruning and trimming hedges.
Occasional collaboration with other teams on hardscape/softscape jobs.

Qualifications
Experience in landscape maintenance.
Solid mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various hand tools and power tools.




Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks including digging and lifting 50+ pounds and able to maintain high levels of cardio.
Valid BC driver's license and a reliable vehicle to meet team members.
Must have a smart phone with a data plan.
Reliable, hardworking and a team player.
Must have your own Steel-toed boots and appropriate work attire.
