Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of grilled items with precision and consistency, ensuring optimal flavor and presentation
Follow all food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures to maintain a protected kitchen environment
Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients to support efficient meal service
Maintain cleanliness of the grill station, utensils, and work area to uphold hygiene standards
Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure perfect results every time
Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent food service and support smooth kitchen operations
Ensure all food served meets quality standards and presentation expectations
Experience
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, particularly with grilling or meal preparation
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
Familiarity with cooking techniques specific to grilling and meat preparation
Strong understanding of the food industry standards for cleanliness, safety, and quality control
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Experience with serving customers and supporting team efforts in a busy kitchen environment
