HVAC Helper - Full Time

We are looking for a reliable Full time HVAC Helper to join our installation team.

You will be assisting our lead installers with the installation of furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, water heaters, and ductless mini-split systems.

Responsibilities
Assist with loading, unloading, and carrying equipment and materials
Help install furnaces, AC units, heat pumps, water heaters, and ductless systems
Keep job sites clean, organized, and protected
Prepare tools and parts for the installer
Learn and follow all safety procedures and company standards

Requirements
Valid G driver's licence and reliable transportation
Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in physical, hands-on workplace
Punctual, dependable,



and willing to learn
Previous HVAC or construction experience is an asset, but not required
G2/G3 Gas License or working towards it is a plus
