Tibah Trading Inc. is looking for an experienced Sheet Metal Duct Fabrication Supervisor to join our team in Burlington, Ontario.

We are looking for someone with strong hands-on experience in HVAC sheet metal duct fabrication who can supervise shop employees, organize production, read drawings, and ensure all ductwork and fittings are fabricated correctly and on schedule.

Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily sheet metal fabrication shop activities
Assign work to fabricators and monitor production
Read and interpret HVAC/shop drawings and ductwork specifications
Oversee fabrication of duct, fittings, transitions, offsets, elbows, plenums, and related HVAC sheet metal products
Ensure dimensions, gauges, materials, and quantities are correct before fabrication
Check completed work for quality and accuracy
Troubleshoot fabrication problems and provide direction to shop employees
Coordinate priorities and rush orders with management




Monitor material usage and help reduce waste and errors
Ensure production deadlines are met
Maintain a secure, clean, and organized fabrication shop

Requirements
Experience in HVAC sheet metal duct fabrication
Previous supervisory, foreman, or lead-hand experience preferred
Strong knowledge of duct and fitting fabrication
Ability to read HVAC drawings and understand duct dimensions and specifications
Knowledge of sheet metal gauges and fabrication methods
Experience operating and/or supervising the use of sheet metal fabrication equipment
Solid leadership and problem-solving skills
Able to work in a fast-paced fabrication environment
Reliable and able to manage multiple jobs and priorities

Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 – 44.0 per week
