About the Role

In this role, you aren’t just selling machines; you are helping customers build the heart of their homes. From high-end kitchen suites to the latest in laundry technology, you will use your expertise to provide tailored solutions that fit our customers' lifestyles and budgets.

What You’ll Do
Drive Sales Excellence: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by proactively engaging with customers on the showroom floor.
Expert Consultation: Provide deep product knowledge on major appliance brands, features, and innovations.
Relationship Management: Build long-term rapport with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Showroom Standards: Maintain a clean, professional, and well-merchandised appliance department.

What You Bring
Proven Track Record: At least 1+ years of experience in big-ticket retail sales (appliances, electronics, or furniture preferred).
Communication Skills: An ability to translate technical specs into "real-world" benefits for the customer.
Technical Savvy:



Comfortable using POS systems and staying up-to-date with the latest smart-home appliance trends.
Availability: Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings and weekends.
