We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscaper/Labourer to join our team. This role involves performing a variety of outdoor landscaping and construction tasks to maintain and improve residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work, a solid work ethic, and the ability to operate various tools and equipment necessary for landscape maintenance and construction projects.

Responsibilities
Assist with landscape installation, maintenance, and renovation projects
Operate equipment such as excavators, power tools, and hand tools safely and efficiently
Perform gardening tasks including planting, pruning, mowing, and weeding
Install and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of landscapes
Conduct general site cleanup and debris removal to maintain a tidy work workplace




Support construction activities related to landscape features such as patios, walkways, or retaining walls
Perform routine maintenance on tools and machinery to ensure optimal operation
Follow safety protocols at all times during outdoor work activities

Experience
Prior experience in landscaping, gardening, or horticulture is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices and horticultural principles is a plus
Mechanical knowledge related to operating and maintaining power tools and small machinery is advantageous
Experience with excavation equipment such as excavators is desirable but not mandatory
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for manual labor tasks

Pay: $20.00-$40.00 per hour
