Step into the role of HR Coordinator at Kruger, contributing to the Human Resources team within the Pulp and Paper industry. This full time position is focused on organizational support and employee engagement strategies. As an HR Administrator, your responsibilities will encompass diverse HR administrative duties, effective management of employee communications, and coordination of engagement initiatives.
You will interact with employees, union representatives, and corporate teams to enhance workplace culture and ensure operational efficiency.
Your role will require a commitment to confidentiality and meticulous record-keeping. Key Responsibilities:
Manage HR admin tasks and employee personnel files
Create communications and manage newsletters for the mill
Plan and execute employee engagement and events
Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee check-ins
Maintain teamwork and relations with union leadership Requirements:
2 years of post-secondary education in HR or related area
A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, ideally in a unionized workplace
Knowledge of pension and perks programs
Proficient in various software, including MS Office Suite
