Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented General Warehouse Associate to join our agile team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for supporting the effective operation of our warehouse by performing a variety of tasks including processing and verifying cargo details , loading and unloading shipments, operating a forklift to help with lifting , and maintaining safety standards. Your proactive approach and mechanical aptitude will help ensure a smooth process, timely deliveries, and a safe working environment.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse management systems and equipment operation while contributing to a quick-paced logistics operation.

Duties
Load and unload shipments efficiently with the use of forklifts and follow all safety protocols.
Assist with shipping and receiving tasks to ensure timely processing of inbound and outbound goods
Assist with arranging and dispatching the drivers schedule.
Maintain cargo and supplies inventory accuracy through proper stock rotation, organization, and documentation.




Conduct routine inspections of warehouse equipment and supplies and report any mechanical issues or safety hazards or discrepiancies.

Skills
Experience in warehouse distribution or logistics environment
Ability to operate a forklifts, vehicle and warehouse machinery safely
Familiarity with warehouse management systems for inventory control and order processing
Strong understanding of shipping & receiving procedures and documentation requirements
Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and load/unload materials efficiently
Construction experience or background in handling heavy loads with construction tools or equipment
