Duties and Responsibilities:
Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and sanitation standards. Follow all safety protocols related to food safety and sanitation regulations
Assist with food preparation and meal assembly according to established recipes and standards
Complete prep lists (if necessary) to ensure enough product is available for service
Re-stock any low items during and after shift.
Perform all opening and closing tasks as instructed
Help with additional tasks, as required and assigned by supervisor/manager
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, utensils, and equipment




Ensure proper disposal of waste and adherence to cleanliness standards throughout the kitchen

Requirements :
Availability to work evenings and weekends
Good organization, coordination, and multi-tasking
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure workplace
Positive attitude with a team mindset
communication and organizational skills
Physically able to lift, reach, bend, stoop.

Experience/Certifications:
Minimum 1 Year cooking in a commercial kitchen
Food Handler or equivalent

Pay: From $16.33 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 – 15.0 per week
