We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Fleet Maintenance Manager / Parts & Maintenance Coordinator to lead our fleet maintenance operations and streamline parts procurement processes. Duties
Oversee the maintenance and repair schedules for the entire fleet, ensuring timely service to minimize downtime
Manage parts inventory, including sourcing, purchasing, and procurement of vehicle parts and supplies using ERP systems and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) tools
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to negotiate favorable terms and ensure quality parts delivery
Maintain accurate data entry related to maintenance activities, inventory levels, and procurement records
Conduct regular inspections of vehicles and equipment, including forklifts and HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards




Develop demand planning strategies for parts inventory to prevent shortages or overstocking
Support customer service efforts by providing timely updates on fleet status and maintenance schedules

Requirements
Proven experience in dealership or fleet maintenance management with a strong mechanical background
Familiarity with supply chain processes, sourcing strategies, and procurement practices
Proficiency in data entry, ERP systems, CMMS software, and demand planning tools
Knowledge of manufacturing environments, HVAC systems, forklifts, and other fleet equipment
Excellent negotiation skills with vendors and suppliers to secure cost-effective solutions
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
Exceptional customer service mindset with clear communication abilities
