We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. Must be available nights and weekends. This role is essential in preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring a smooth kitchen operation.

Duties
Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards
Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Cook menu items with precision, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces
Follow food safety guidelines and proper handling procedures at all times




Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours
Stock ingredients and notify management of inventory needs
Adhere to serving protocols and assist with food service when required

Skills
Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or as a line/prep cook in a restaurant setting
Robust knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation practices
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced workplace
Excellent knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment
Positive communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Knowledge of the food industry trends and customer service principles
Experience with meal preparation, food safety standards, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen
Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent Pay: From $18.00 per hour
