Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, corridors, and back-of-house spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
Change bed linens, replenish amenities, and ensure all surfaces are sanitized and presentable
Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms by disinfecting fixtures, mirrors, floors, and replenishing toiletries
Conduct routine inspections to identify areas needing additional attention or maintenance issues
Follow established safety protocols during cleaning procedures to ensure a safe working workplace
Assist with laundry duties such as sorting, washing, folding,
and distributing linens and towels
Report any maintenance concerns or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution
Qualifications
Previous custodial or cleaning experience preferred, especially in commercial cleaning environments
Solid attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness
Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning tasks for extended periods
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
Positive attitude with strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
