Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and standards
Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining high quality and presentation standards
Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure proper handling, storage, and sanitation
Support the kitchen team during busy service periods by managing multiple tasks seamlessly
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment throughout shifts
Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and excellent food service

Qualifications




Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
Knowledge of food handling safety practices and proper sanitation procedures
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks involved in meal preparation
Strong attention to detail in food presentation and quality control
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude in a rapid-paced setting
Basic understanding of cooking techniques and food industry standards is a plus
