Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and passionate Hot Yoga Instructor to lead invigorating and inspiring hot yoga classes that motivate our community to achieve their wellness goals. In this role, you will create a welcoming environment, guide students through dynamic sequences, and foster a sense of mindfulness and physical vitality. Your enthusiasm and leadership will help participants deepen their practice, improve flexibility, and boost overall well-being.

Responsibilities
Lead engaging hot yoga classes that cater to all skill levels, ensuring safety and proper technique throughout each session
Demonstrate poses, breathing techniques, and modifications clearly to accommodate diverse abilities and needs
Foster a positive, inspiring atmosphere that encourages participation, mindfulness, and personal growth
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming studio environment before and after classes
Manage class schedules efficiently, ensuring punctuality and smooth transitions between sessions
Offer excellent customer service by addressing participant inquiries,



providing support, and creating an inclusive community atmosphere

Experience
Proven experience teaching hot yoga or similar fitness disciplines in a professional setting
Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and connect with students of all levels
Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to manage class flow confidently
Excellent time management skills to balance class preparation, delivery, and studio upkeep
Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus for creating a welcoming workplace
Knowledge of health and safety standards related to hot yoga practice is essential

Pay: $40.00-$50.00 per hour
