Responsibilities
Perform physical labor tasks including digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials
Perform commercial cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting, as well as cleaning up construction sites
Lawn mowing & property maintenance
Snow shoveling and salting
Perform facilities maintenance tasks, such as patching holes in walls and fixing minor repairs
Assisting carpenters on job sites as needed
Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines

Requirements:
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Must have a valid drivers license
Positive physical stamina to perform tasks and lifting
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
