Duties:
Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival
Manage reservations, walk-ins, and waitlists
Seat guests efficiently and manage table rotation
Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries
Communicate with servers and management regarding table availability
Maintain a clean and organized entrance and host area
Assist guests with special requests when possible




Help ensure smooth guest flow during busy service periods
Assist the service team when required
Provide a welcoming and professional first impression

Requirements:
Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Friendly, qualified, and well-organized
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Weekend and holiday availability required
