We are seeking an energetic and welcoming Host/Hostess to join our vibrant hospitality team! Responsibilities
Greet guests with a friendly and positive attitude as they arrive, making them feel immediately welcomed
Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently using POS systems such as toast, ensuring smooth seating arrangements
Answer phone inquiries with professionalism, providing accurate information about wait times and restaurant offerings
Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to optimize seating flow and minimize wait times
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/hostess station and waiting area
Assist guests with special requests or accommodations to enhance their dining experience




Support team members by providing excellent guest services, demonstrating hospitality at all times

Experience
Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles is preferred, especially in restaurant settings
Robust customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and positive interactions
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is advantageous
Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening abilities
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Experience in hotel or restaurant environments is a plus but not required
Demonstrated professionalism and a friendly demeanor that reflects hospitality excellence
