Responsibilities
Greet customers and guide them through recommended services.
Perform services such as oil changes, air filter and cabin filter replacements, fluid top-ups, and wiper blade installations.
Verify service steps and communicate with teammates to ensure accuracy.
Assist with service documentation and part verification.
Maintain a clean and organized work area in line with Take 5 standards.
Deliver a friendly, skilled, and efficient customer experience.

Qualifications
Previous automotive or customer service experience preferred.
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Willingness to learn and follow established procedures.
Flexible availability (evenings and weekends an asset).
