Cenovus Energy is seeking a Lead Operator to guide field and plant operations across Alder Flats and Hussar. You will lead production activities, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate maintenance with cross-functional teams to meet safety and reliability targets.
The role requires extensive oil and gas field experience and solid leadership to coach staff, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement in a safety‑conscious workplace. This position is field-based with a 4 on/3 off schedule.
