We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our agile team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating various machinery to produce high-quality products efficiently and safely. Your mechanical knowledge and hands-on skills will help ensure smooth production processes, maintain equipment performance, and uphold safety standards. Duties
Operate machinery with precision, ensuring adherence to specifications and safety protocols
Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to prevent malfunctions and downtime
Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment to assist in the manufacturing process
Load and unload materials using forklifts or other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
Troubleshoot mechanical issues, and make minor adjustments as needed
Maintain accurate documentation of production activities, machine performance, and safety checks
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards
Requirements
Proven experience operating manufacturing or industrial machinery in a warehouse or production setting
Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues
Familiarity with assembly processes and the use of hand tools and power tools
Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts safely
Strong attention to detail, safety consciousness, and ability to follow detailed instructions
Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy materials, and work in a fast-paced workplace
