About the Role: Counter Attendant

Responsibilities

Counter Attendants at Tim Hortons are involved in both front-of-house service and basic back-of-house food preparation. Your responsibilities keep the location running efficiently and ensure every customer has a positive experience from the moment they place their order.

- Take customers' orders accurately and efficiently at the counter
- Serve customers at counters or buffet tables in a friendly, professional manner
- Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items according to Tim Hortons standards
- Package take-out food properly for customers on the go
- Transparent and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a tidy dining area
- Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs
- Remove kitchen garbage and trash to keep the workspace sanitary and organized

Requirements / Skills

- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a related field is preferred
