TOLAGOS – Taste of Lagos is bringing authentic Nigerian flavours to Brantford. Our mission is to build communities one delicious meal at a time.

We are looking for reliable, energetic, and hardworking team members who enjoy cooking and working with customers.

Responsibilities
Prepare and cook TOLAGOS menu items
Assist with grilling, rice dishes, sides, and sauces
Take customer orders and provide friendly service
Prepare and package takeout and delivery orders
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
Follow food safety and sanitation standards
Work efficiently during busy periods
Support the team wherever needed

Qualifications
Restaurant or food-service experience is an asset
Cooking experience is an asset

Grill experience is highly valued
Comfortable working directly with customers




Good communication and teamwork skills
Reliable and able to work in a rapid-paced environment
Willingness to learn TOLAGOS recipes and cooking methods

Nigerian or West African cooking experience is an asset, but not required.
