5 years Experience using source control, particularly Git, in team-oriented software development.
3 years Experience with automated unit testing and integration testing.
3 years Experience with database technologies, including relational databases and alternatives.
5 years Experience working as a Full Stack Developer on complex software solutions in an agile team setting.
3 years Experience working on production applications using contemporary application frameworks and frontend JavaScript frameworks.

2 years Experience incrementally transforming existing legacy systems into modern digital services across multiple releases.
1 years Experience leveraging generative AI and agentic tooling to produce executive-grade outputs, including drafting, analysis, structured retrieval, and workflow automation. Demonstrates proficiency in prompt design,



retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and critical evaluation of AI outputs for accuracy, risk, hallucination, and sensitivity. Actively builds AI-augmented workflows and routines, going beyond basic tool usage to drive productivity and decision quality.
2 years Experience with at least one or more from the following tech stack: Frontend: Angular, React, Vue.js.
