Position Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Embroidery Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate has an eye for precision, enjoys working with their hands, and takes pride in producing high-quality embroidered garments and accessories.
Responsibilities:
Operate multi-head embroidery machines (Tajima, Barudan, or similar)
Hoop garments and prepare items for embroidery
Thread, adjust, and maintain machines as needed
Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality
Assist with trimming, folding, and packaging embroidered goods
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production deadlines
Qualifications:
Experience operating embroidery or sewing machines preferred (will train the right candidate)
Solid attention to detail and quality control
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
Positive attitude and reliability are a must
Excellent time management and teamwork skills
Schedule & Compensation:
Monday to Friday, daytime hours (some flexibility available)
Full-time or part time options
Competitive hourly wage based on experience
