This hands‑on role involves employee relations, recruitment, performance management, health & safety, workforce engagement, and the adoption of AI‑enabled HR tools to improve efficiency and experience.

The ideal candidate holds 1–2 years of HR experience, a post‑secondary HR degree or diploma, and is comfortable traveling to sites.
