We are in the health industry promoting well-being and a healthy way of life. We service across Canada all health food stores, pro-shops, gyms and mass accounts for 40 years. This is a very exciting and fulfilling field
Handle customer phone calls with professionalism and courtesy and provide customers with a remarkable experience
Resolve product issues by understanding customer's complaint, determining the cause and following up to ensure resolution as quickly as possible
Coordinate with different departments to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues
Maintain customer records/files by updating account information
help order entry department in busy times
Communicate with Reps to help solve issues
Process claims with various carriers
Track shipments
Issue Credits




Contribute to the team effort by performing related tasks as needed
Other related tasks
Possibility of more hours if needed

Skills Required:
1 years Customer Service experience and good phone etiquette
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Disciplined and motivated
Ability to multitask

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
