Duties
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote active learning and curiosity
Foster a positive classroom setting that encourages social interaction and emotional development
Support children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities, ensuring inclusive participation
Care for children’s physical needs by assisting with feeding, diapering, and hygiene routines
Observe and document each child's progress to tailor activities that support individual growth
Collaborate with families and colleagues to create consistent routines and effective communication
Maintain a clean, safe,



and organized classroom environment that adheres to health and safety standards

Qualifications
Ability to follow the NB ECE curriculum framework - maintain a safe and healthy learning environment for children
Experience working with children in educational or caregiving settings
Strong understanding of early childhood development principles and practices
Classroom experience demonstrating ability to manage group activities effectively
Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable
Excellent teaching skills combined with patience, creativity, and enthusiasm
Formal training or certification in early childhood education or related fields preferred
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team dedicated to nurturing young learners
