We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Childcare educators to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and a strong commitment to fostering a safe, nurturing, and educational environment. This role involves caring for children, supporting their development, and ensuring their well-being while engaging them in various activities that promote learning and growth.

Duties
Supervise and engage with children in a protected and supportive environment.
Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that encourage learning and development.
Provide assistance with daily routines, including meals, hygiene, and playtime.
Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to ensure a collaborative approach to childcare.
Maintain a clean and organized space conducive to learning.
Observe and document children's progress and behaviors to share with parents or guardians.




Support children with special needs or disabilities by implementing individualized care plans.
Foster an inclusive atmosphere by promoting respect for diversity among children.

Experience
Familiarity with special education practices is beneficial.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective interaction with children and families.
Demonstrated leadership abilities in managing groups of children effectively.
Excellent organizational skills to maintain schedules and manage time efficiently.

Job Type: Full time Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
