Responsibilities
Support classroom activities and routines to promote a positive learning environment for children
Assist with supervising children during play, meals, nap times, and outdoor activities
Help implement educational programs that encourage exploration, creativity, and social development
Provide attentive caregiving to meet individual needs, including hygiene and comfort care
Collaborate with teachers to observe and document children's progress and behavior
Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment in compliance with health and safety standards
Support inclusive practices by working with children with diverse needs or disabilities
Skills
Prior classroom experience working with young children or in early childhood settings
Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable
Solid teaching and caregiving skills that foster trust and positive relationships
Knowledge of early childhood education principles and development milestones
Ability to engage children in meaningful activities while ensuring their safety and well-being
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and families
Compassionate, patient, energetic, and motivated to support children's growth and learning
