Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a solid work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties
Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas.
Operate hand tools and power tools safely to complete maintenance tasks as needed.
Conduct facilities maintenance tasks to ensure all areas are in positive working condition.
Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts effectively.
Provide excellent customer service by responding to requests from staff or clients promptly.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.




Assist with heavy lifting and moving of furniture or equipment as required.

Skills
Driver's license and a reliable car
Strong time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
Ability to operate various hand tools and power tools safely.
Physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or walking.

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
